1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Light of Hadith ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its servers
Use the AI Q&A feature to generate content that is misleading or harmful

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The AI Q&A feature requires a premium subscription. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly ($4.99/month), annual ($29.99/year), or lifetime ($149.99 one-time) basis.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy
To cancel a subscription, go to your Apple ID settings

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (excluding Hadith texts which are in the public domain) are owned by Light of Hadith and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute App content without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The AI Q&A feature provides general Islamic information and should not be considered a substitute for scholarly religious guidance. Always consult qualified Islamic scholars for important religious matters.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
